Michele Willems

Michele Willems has been my travel agent for over 15 years. She has never booked me in accommodations or with a guide with whom I was not completely satisfied. She is responsive, honest, intelligent and a hard worker. A gentleman was there who had either booked the flight himself or used a discounter and he was very, very upset.
