It takes a lot of organization to arrange all the pieces of a corporate meeting or incentive, and it’s something I love to do. I can handle the whole program, from negotiating with the hotels and activity providers to arranging transfers, meals, and accommodations. 

Thanks to the powerful contacts I have on my own, and as a Protravel International agent, I have a big advantage in dealing with suppliers and can leverage the buying power of Protravel. 

As with individual travelers, I am there proactively for each attendee. I’ve dealt with having to rebook fifty travelers to destinations around the country because a storm was coming and I’ve arranged VIP trips for incentive trip winners. My priorities are your priorities, and I do everything I can to delight your travelers while keeping costs within budget.
