As a corporate travel agent, my job is two-fold: (1) making business trips as comfortable and time-efficient for road warriors as possible, and (2) helping financial managers and accountants hit their budgets and get the reporting they need.
After your first booking with me, I will know that you will not fly unless you can get an aisle seat and that you only like to stay with a certain hotel brand and want your rate to include a full, complimentary breakfast. I then keep your preferences in mind and remember your loyalty programs, the type of pillow you prefer, and any dietary requirements while ensuring that you get the best value possible.
Thanks to my relationships with hotel reps, many of whom are personal friends, I can often procure last-room availability or a one-time lower rate so you can remain in policy and stay at a special hotel.
I will also have your back and promptly fix anything that goes wrong, from rebooking a flight to making sure you are never walked from a hotel or given a room next to a construction site.
As a Protravel agent, I have many tools to make your travel seamless. I have direct access to the airlines, so when something goes wrong or business class is sold out, my clients get priority treatment. Similarly, at hotels, my clients get value-added benefits such as free breakfast, early check-in, complimentary Wi-Fi and VIP recognition from the Manager.
The more you travel with me, the more I can anticipate how you travel. That can bring important benefits. In addition to keeping your preferences in mind when I book your trips, I might also learn that you often change plans and forget to advise me. By putting a reminder on my calendar to check with you the day before your flight, I can still get you a credit or refund if you have decided not to take that flight.
Protravel also has top-of-the-line financial reporting and the CRM team is super-responsive, so if your company needs a report, you will get it on a timely basis. I work as part of a corporate team of four that have worked together for many years. When there is a problem, we all kick into gear. That means if you miss a connection, you will not need to get on a line and wait to be rebooked or sit on hold until someone can take your call.
