Judy has planned two amazing trips for my family. Her incredible knowledge and extensive travel and travel planning experience gives her the unique ability to build once-in-a-lifetime experiences for her clients. Judy is also a delight to work - quick to respond, kind, and funny, which takes all of the stress out of planning a trip. She is also great at working within an established budget and is also great at providing honest recommendations about what can/cannot be missed. Judy Ruffini is one of the most professional and responsive travel agents I have ever worked with. She provides insight into destinations and makes suggestions that fit one's individual needs, whether it is based on physical abilities or knowing what interests you bring to the table. Even after booking a trip, Judy keeps abreast of changes that may occur in your itinerary and proactively contacts you to make sure the changes meet your needs and expectations. If not, she will work with you to make sure you get the travel experience you seeks. She has also been wonderfully available when we have had issues with travel: a pandemic that meant we had to come home early; a failure in the airlines' systems that meant flights were being cancelled and we needed to make a last minute change. Just always does her utmost to provide the best information and suggestions about any trip she books. She has a wealth of knowledge from her many years in travel and she offers great ideas about destinations you may not have considered, based on your interests and physical abilities. Her follow up is excellent and other friends who have booked with Judy and had lost luggage, cancelled flights or other travel issues have been extremely impressed with the efforts she made to solve the problem. Judy responds quickly to calls or emails, and she also strives to gather new and updated information about properties and destinations, so she can always help her clients make a informed decisions.
