LA Marathon

Our 3 children recently ran the LA marathon and Deborah booked our rooms. She found a hotel with a fabulous location and great accommodations. They upgraded all of our rooms one to a large suite with a wrap around balcony. It made our time spent in LA extra comfortable. Deborah always takes great care in reaching out to the hotels prior to our arrival to check on upgrades and arrival logistics.

Going Beyond the Beyond

It is not my nature to do online reviews but in light of the exceptional service received from Deborah Bald of ProTravel I decided to share our experience.
I am a very detail oriented person. In the past I have taken care of much of the travel planning.
Africa was a different matter.
From the moment we engaged I knew Deborah was a fit for us. She listened attentively, intent on determining what we wanted to do…not some packaged trip they provided.
She recruited ‘boots on the ground’ and together we created a trip encompassing seven countries, magnificent safaris, stunning accommodation, superb guiding and seamless transitions.
All air, visas & medical requirements were flawlessly taken care of by Deborah & her team.
There was never a moment that she was not on top of every aspect.
No matter where you plan to travel I would highly recommend that Deborah be part of your planning.
