Hi Ena, We are back home and I wanted to thank you and the Swain team for all of the great work that you did for our trip. It was everything we’d hoped for and more - we didn’t want to come home! We especially appreciated how you handled all of the details - there were no problems with logistics, pickups, hotels, meals or guides. All went smoothly and according to plan.

Hi Ena, the trip was amazing. Every day was a fantastic adventure. We loved the hotels and all were equally terrific. We ended up getting an upgrade at the Intercontinental in Bordeaux and that room was a beautiful spacious suite. The guides and drivers were all great with the Bordeaux wine guide/driver being especially terrific. The Windsor Castle guide was also exceptional. The trip overall was a trip of a lifetime and it will be hard to ever top it. We wouldn't have changed one thing.

A week later we had a three month itinerary that matched us perfectly. We had an amazing trip with life long memories. We just rebooked an additional trip to the pacific rim for 3 months. The trip was flawless. The events, car reservations and flight reservations were perfect. The drive and flight time between activities was perfect. It was exaclty the vacation I wanted regarding outdoor activities and driving through the New Zealand Alps. The best events was the full day extreme Heli hike at Fox Glacier. Without hesitation, I would use this travel agency again for more driving/hiking trips. Thanks Ena. You are awesome.

Ena The trip was fantastic! Likuliku was everything advertised and more. I can't rave enough. All four of us had a great time - the snorkeling right by our bure was some of the best snorkeling we have ever done - all without a boat ride. Jenny and Bel did take a snorkeling trip and they thought it was also amazing. We also kayaked to a separate island (on our own), hiked to the top of a secluded island for sunrise (only good for people who don't mind waking early, but definitely worth it). We hiked to Malolo and then had a boat take us back to Likuliku (it looks great for families)..There was plenty to do and also plenty of privacy. food was great and the staff amazing - very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed Thank you again - highly recommend Likuliku Amy

Hi Ena, Our trip to Greece was fabulous! The arrangements truly exceeded my expectations. Also, Paris was wonderful for our son’s 40th birthday. All of the arrangements were superb. Thank you for all of your help. I have three more birthday trips for next years: 2 are turning 50 and granddaughter will be celebrating her 16th . I will be in touch to plan. Best regards

Hi Ena, Our trip was AMAZING!!!! Can’t thank you enough. The staff was so accommodating, they were coming to the pool to invite us for special dinners. Two nights in a row they did a special chef’s dinner, only two because we wanted sushi the 3rd night. At the pool, they had 6 chairs for us weather they were available or not. Myself, and my entire family were beyond pleased with the service. Thanks for the bottle wine in our room and 25% off at spa. Much appreciated ?? Tips are included, but they go way above expectations and deserve a little more. Definitely will hear back from us for future booking.

Hi Ena, We are driving to Auckland today. We had a great time, this is our family’s best trip so far. New Zealand is a beautiful country with so many activities. Hello -- I enjoyed another wonderful trip. One lovely surprise was my guide for the Wellington walking tour - a young actor, one of the few white members of a Maori theater group. Peter, who drove me through the mountains to the rugged east coast and the Martinbourough wine country, was also great company. I'd never heard of Martinborough, but it was full of great wineries. I had a good wine tasting session at one that Peter recommended, Poppies. They had the best wines of this tour, and I bought two bottles to take home. As usually, I shipped my dirty clothes home and filled my suitcase with books and wine. As always, when I'm there I'm also planning my next trip. Wellington is my new favorite city - because it's so walkable, and they've turned their waterfront into a great public space. The Intercontinental is a wonderful hotel,, and it was good to be on the club floor for their amenities and a helpful staff. Thanks for all of your help!

I have been remiss in not e-mailing you sooner. Our trip was fabulous and we want to thank you. Everything except the weather during our time in and around the Great Ocean Road was great. The accommodations were wonderful. Our two favorites were the Southern Ocean Lodge and The Henry James Art Hotel. The Langham Hotels in Sydney and Melbourne were also tremendous. Probably our three favorites places were Kangaroo Island, Hobart and Melbourne. You were right we could have spent at least a week just in Tasmania. You were also right another day or two at the Southern Ocean Lodge would have been nice. Few subjects find me at a loss for words. I know since you have been to this lodge there is little I can write to describe how wonderful a place that it is. Superb! The locations of all the hotels was terrific Ena. I could write a book, but there were so many memorable experiences. You did a great job for us. G'day mate! Thom.

Ena, We loved the vacation except for the part where we had to come back to work and reality. I can honestly say we will be using you/your company for many more vacations in the future. I have also started telling people I know about the experience. We will definitely use you, or at least your company, in the future. I think our next trip (sometime in 23) will be to Africa. Honestly, I cannot shut up about what an incredible place New Zealand is and, more specifically, what a mind-blowing trip we had! Hi Ena, I wanted to thank you for setting up an amazing time for Quinn and me. We were blown away by so many things, where to start? Thala Beach Reserve was absolutely perfect, an amazingly beautiful and peaceful place to start our trip. From there, everything was set up so well, the first day snorkeling and then diving the next day. The walkabout tour with Juan (or does he spell it Wan?) was FANTASTIC, so much to learn. What a gem! I could go on. I've never had such smooth sailing on a journey with so many moving pieces. I couldn't have put this trip together without your help, and it was an enormously meaningful trip for me as a parent with my adult child. I hope we can work together in the future on future trips!
