Amazing Cabo Trip
Caitlin was great to work with- Very responsive and accessible via phone, text, or email. She provided options when a price point didn’t meet our needs and proactively suggested activities that we may be interested in at our destination. She took care of booking the activities and transportation so that we didn’t have to worry about it once we got there. She was honest and open with feedback around all of our questions, which we really appreciated. Overall had an excellent experience with Caitlin!

Tour of Italy

One Year Anniversary trip

Best 50th celebration I know
Caitlin is one of the most response and might I say last minute change solver I know. The coordination and adapting on the fly was awesome. Coordinating 6 families and taking care of their needs was unprecedented. She is a one stop shop. Without question the only person I will use for future travel

Don’t wait, book the trip!
Working with Caitlin made planning our vacation a breeze. It was our first time traveling to this destination, and our first time leaving the country with two little ones. Caitlin provided us with great options within our budget, and went above and beyond providing details about potential resorts. Traveling with kids can be stressful but Caitlin made sure check- in and transportation to and from the resort went smoothly. All communication with Caitlin prior to the trip was very easy, and she always responded right away. She even helped us navigate getting passports for our kids. We can’t wait to use her services for our next vacation!

Great Britain Fun
Caitlin was helpful and responsive when planning our stays in Glasgow and London. The lodging she chose was quality and central to the action. The travel went without a hitch and we had an amazing time. We also booked Hop On and Off bus London tours with Caitlin per her suggestion. It was a good way to get to all the tourist sites in London and allow for self exploration. I’d highly recommend Caitlin!

Amazing trip through Norway
Caitlin planned a very detailed three-week trip through Europe last month. We went to Norway, Denmark, France, and Italy, and she somehow managed to pick the perfect hotels for our needs. We really appreciated how she consulted with local guides/experts to get additional input and ideas.

1000 great memories
Caitlin was involved in our trip from beginning to end and she made sure EVERYTHING was in order. She checked in with us a few days before we left to remind us of vital details. When one of our flights had to be rescheduled, she was involved Immediately. During the planning phases of our trip, she reached out to the cruise line to get additional details on our behalf, giving us more confidence that we were going to have a great trip. Honestly, I cannot say enough just how confident we were in our trip because of the support that Kaitlynn gave to us. It was an incredible trip and we will never forget it and we are so thankful for Caitlin and all the work she put in on our behalf.

Five-star Service!!
We hadn't taken a vacation in many years and didn't really have any idea where we wanted to go. We had a few guidelines and Caitlin came up with a few recommendations for us. We settled on St. Thomas USVI and had an amazing experience. Our accommodations were just as Caitlin described and we were thrilled to have the option to participate in some of the resort events (live music, karaoke) or just relax by the pool. Our return flights got cancelled but fortunately the airline rebooked us and Caitlin did all she could to help. Will definitely use Caitlin again for our next trip!

Magical Week

Relaxing family vacation
Caitlin did an amazing job (again) finding a an all inclusive resort in Mexico perfect for my family and in our price range. From the minute I reached out to Caitlin everything seamlessly fell into place with her help. We weren’t sure where to begin but she had a variety of ideas for locations and resorts. Once we narrowed it down to our ideal place, she provided assistance with all transportation needs (flights, shuttle service, car seats etc.) All communication with Caitlin was very clear and super quick. I especially loved that she could speak about our destination from personal experience since she had stayed there with her family. I won’t hesitate to use her expertise for my next trip.

Luxurious Family Getaway
Caitlin is amazing to work with and I'll definitely be using her again for my next family trip! When I told Caitlin we were going to a wedding in Miami and needed to stay at two different family friendly hotels, she took into consideration our proximity to the wedding venue, while also staying within budget and meeting all of our needs from an amenities perspective. She even scored us some bonuses when we stayed at the luxurious JW Marriott's Turnberry Resort & Spa. Couldn't be more grateful for her quick and efficient services, and attention to detail!

Amazing trip from start to finish!
Our experience with Caitlin was amazing! She listened to what my husband and I were looking for both on the resort property and off to ensure the destination we chose was the right one for us. We provided Caitlin with some destinations we were interested in, along with price points, and after having a few conversations, she pointed us in the right direction. She was entirely transparent and honest about where we would get the best value and experience. She was also very communicative and diligent with her replies. The resort was stunning! Caitlin took the time to ask if were were celebrating anything and communicated with the resort to ensure we felt extra special on our trip. Caitlin took the time to put the trip together for us and do all of the research on our behalf to provide the options that best met our wants. We were extremely happy with the trip overall from start to finish and can't wait to work with Caitlin again!

An Amazing Vacation in Cabo!
Caitlin truly curated an amazing vacation in Cabo! From landing to leaving, everything was seamless! She made sure that any activity we wanted to do while there was lined up with the best of the best. Loved the boat day with the most amazing food and hosts! I hate having to think of all the *little* things you need to do on vacation bc I just want to BE ON VACATION....so Caitlin made this possible where all I had to do was relax and follow some directions!

Mom and Dad 50th Anniversary Trip
Caitlin has been helpful with all aspects of our trip planning. She has been able to help us narrow down places based on our "wants" and budget, she asks questions to ensure we will have the best experience once we arrive- for example she has found activities for kids, restaurant options and other travel plans when we are on our trip. She also thinks about everyone who is traveling- not just the planner. She has not hesitated to offer advice and yet I have never felt pressure to book specifically with her. Caitlin also made sure our trip had some extra special surprises and perks, as this was an extra special celebration!

Family fun for ages 3-73!
Caitlin “ nailed it” with our family vacation. It is not easy to find a place that can entertain ages 3 to 73! In addition to finding a wonderful resort/hotel, she was able to get us many additional perks and upgrades. Fun-filled Honeymoon!
We had a great experience working with Caitlin!! She listened to everything we asked for when setting up our honeymoon trip, and made sure to include everything we asked for when giving us options for activities including a day trip to the Amalfi coast because we were trying to pack in all of the activities into a short time in each destination!! She was quick to respond when we had questions during our trip and was so helpful preparing us before we left. The BEST Anniversary Trip
We had never used a travel agent before, and it was a wonderful experience working with Caitlin. This was a big trip for us, and we had a lot of things we wanted to do while we were in Boston. Caitlin said, “Tell me what you want to do, and I’ll make it happen,” and she did! We were delighted to find out when we arrived at our hotel that Caitlin had arranged for an upgrade to our room—that was an unexpected treat! She booked every tour and marked how far the beginning of each one was from our hotel. She checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was in order and to let us know she was available if we needed her. We basically just spent the entire week showing up at all our “places” and enjoying ourselves, and that’s what a true vacation is to me! Caitlin really did make this trip happen for us in the best way!
