Catherine originally helped us plan our honeymoon in the Finger Lakes (NY) which was excellent - she helped us find some great locations! One year later she also helped us put together a trip to the UK that we'd been wanting to do for a long time, and she delivered again! Got us a beautiful hotels in convenient locations at the right price, that we probably would never have found ourselves, like she did for our honeymoon.

During the trip, she also helped us rearrange flight several times, on very short notice (and well after hours) to adjust for an evolving medical issue. It was reassuring knowing that she had our backs, and she made sure that we got where we needed to go and minimized the extra cost. We even got great seats on the new flight :) She really came through for us - thanks Catherine!
