I have been crafting holidays for clients for over 35 years, with every client I’ve ever looked after being treated as an individual, and every enquiry sparking a new train of thought.  Every holiday I manage I consider to be an adventure and believe that focusing attention to detail on each element of an itinerary, is essential to ensuring the finished product gives the client their perfect holiday.

My approach is all about communication, all enquiries start with a discussion, to find out exactly what is important to you on this holiday.  It’s important to me to discover the type of accommodation you’re looking for, are you seeking adventure, relaxation or a mixture of both.  It’s my experience that a 15 minute telephone chat will negate the need for countless unnecessary emails!

I have arranged many different types of holidays for clients.  Whether it is for one or two people or a multi-generational family.  They may be travelling to a single destination or visiting several locations, even covering more than one country.  In my 35 years working in the travel industry, I can guarantee you can’t give me a holiday challenge that I haven’t already dealt with!

A particular area of speciality I pride myself on is if one or more of the travellers has a disability.  I know all the important factors to take into consideration.  What specific requirements does the passenger have in terms of assistance, equipment, access to accommodation and transport amongst many others.  Will it be necessary to rent equipment at the destination or on the cruise? If the person is using a wheelchair, is it manual or electric and can they transfer to an ordinary seat in a car or coach or do they need to stay in the wheelchair.  Many of my clients who face such challenges, use me time after time to take care of all their travel arrangements.
