Born and raised in Barbados, I grew up in a family where both my father and mother worked in the hospitality field at luxury resorts. Needless to say, hospitality and exposure to the luxury service industry were a natural part of my childhood.

With a passion for travel and hospitality, in my early 20s, I obsessed over Travel and Leisure’s and Condé Nast’s top hotel lists, before going on to study Tourism & Hospitality Management at Temple University. Later, I undertook Food & Beverage Management training at a Four Seasons hotel, which laid the foundation for my career in delivering high-end service and experiences.

Over the following years, my experience spanned working in luxury hotels, becoming a Caribbean destination expert for inbound incentive groups, planning meetings, retreats, and incentive programs around the world and offering personal travel concierge services for individuals.

I recognized an opportunity to offer something more purposeful and meaningful. To serve as a trusted partner for discerning individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs—delivering seamless, high-touch experiences for their personal escapes, milestone celebrations, and reward or appreciation business trips, all through a single, reliable touchpoint.

Now, I see myself as so much more than a travel agent. I am a designer, a planner and a personal concierge: here to create completely customized experiences that go above and beyond.
