Susan McGonagle makes arranging travel a pleasure. She is never bothered by complicated ticketing and has made it easy to organize my 4 children flying from different destinations. I am always confident that she has provided us with the most economical routes as well as providing the most efficient trial. Moreover, she is quick to notify of any changes made by the airlines.

I can not recommend Susan enough and would never consider a different travel agent. All in all she makes travel a pleasure and takes all the guess work out of dealing with the airlines.

Susan is the ultimate travel agent. She actually feels like family. She can solve any problem -- I've even called her last-minute from the airport but no problem! She's there and on it. She is the only travel agent for me :-)
