I have been in the travel industry since 1989. With strong communication skills, and a firm understanding of people's needs, I have built a loyal following of seasoned travelers. Interestingly enough, since I rarely meet any of my customers, and because most of my business is conducted on the phone or by email, a high level of trust must be developed with each client. My success in developing these strong relationships over the years, combined with my unique personal travel experiences and extensive contacts within the industry have resulted in my clients receiving the best possible service.
