With almost three decades of expertise as a travel agent, I find great joy in being able to meet the needs of all of my clients, whether they are luxury corporate travelers or VIP luxury leisure clients. I have had the privilege of working with Bear & Bear Travel for five years. I originally interviewed with Monty Swaney, the co-president of Tzell Travel Group, who introduced me to Jody and Steven Bear. It’s been a great honor to work for such an esteemed company ever since. 

In the past, my luxury corporate travel clients have included: architects, attorneys, bankers and other professional travelers. 

At the end of the day, all corporate travelers want the same basic things: the ability to navigate to their destination with ease and enjoy a seamless itinerary that allows them to accomplish all of their professional goals. Helping them accomplish that gives me great satisfaction.  

I also specialize in VIP luxury leisure travel. Most of the time, this involves working for high-profile clients who just want a little rest and relaxation without worrying about paparazzi or their personal information being compromised. I pride myself on my ability to keep both the itineraries and the personal details of my client private, because I value their safety and security. In the past, I’ve booked these VIP clients to:

• Winery tours in France and California

I take the time to reach out to my contacts at the hotel or resort ahead of time and impress upon them the importance of my clients’ privacy and security. Most of the time, my clients do not want any fanfare, as it can draw attention to their room. If that’s the case, I’ll let the hotel or resort know to just treat them like any other guest.  

Thankfully, with the buying power and reputation of Tzell, I find that I can make any client requests or wishes a reality. Even added, unexpected benefits like complimentary room upgrades or luxury lounges are offered without a second thought. To be able to provide my clients this kind of special treatment brings me great comfort as their travel agent.
