How do you want to feel when you return? Knowing that, I tailor every aspect of your travels to your specific interests, from shopping and art to dining and culture. My goal is always for you to return and feel “that was exactly the trip I wanted!”
For some clients, a trip is the realization of a dream. For example, one client wanted to circle Cape Horn at the tip of South America, where the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific meet. Many itineraries go near the Cape but only a few actually cruise around it. He was so thrilled to fulfill his dream that he sent me a picture of himself with his wife from their trip to say that they had made it!
I’ve traveled and worked in many areas of the world. I was raised in Alaska and attended college in California and England. My travel industry experience includes stints as president of one of Alaska’s top adventure tour operators, as well as four years as Director of Tourism for the State of Alaska, appointed by Governor Tony Knowles. In that role, I marketed the state throughout the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, and Germany. I also worked extensively with luxury hotel and resort properties in both Arizona and California.
When I moved to Kansas City and decided to become a travel agent, I chose to join Protravel, both for its prestige in the industry, and for the support that it provides for my clients.
