Japan has become one of our top destinations for travel with its distinct culture, modern cities and beautiful landscapes.
One of the most beautiful times to travel to Japan is in the spring to see the cherry blossom. However, each season has its own special experiences. If you want to experience the local culture firsthand, I suggest that you stay a night or two in a Ryokan, a traditional Japanese Inn that typically features tatami-matted rooms.
Another special experience would be to go to Okinawa to visit the Blue Zone. This is one of five areas of the world with the most inhabitants over 100 years of age. I have had clients do exercises with the elderly inhabitants and had a chance to talk with them to discuss their culture and their secrets to how they live such along life.
Once again Japan is a land with many cultures both ancient and futurist. This is an incredible country to visit and enjoy its vast experiences and beauty.
