The best part about planning travel for high level executives is that I can really get to know their preferences and personalities. This enables me to provide awesome service and it gets better the longer we work together.
For example, if an executive frequently travels to the corporate headquarters in Paris, I will know what they’ll be doing, where they’ll be going and where they should stay. Some companies will ask me to create their corporate travel policies and plan meetings as well.

They know that I jump through hoops to make sure that everything goes smoothly and are confident I will arrange the best flights and hotels based on their preferences and business goals. Plus, the same vendor relationships that let me turn on a dime for my entertainment and production clientele, also help me serve my corporate clients as well.
