As a 25-year airline professional, I’ve always had a good feel for destinations. What I’ve found out recently is that being a travel agent is not just about picking hotels and arranging flights. Protravel has hotel partners that offer our clients upgrades and amenities, and I can often arrange better airfares than clients could get on their own. Additionally, I have access to a network of wonderful hotels, well-vetted guides, exclusive experiences and tours that can add a lot to a trip.
Every client and every trip are different, and I enjoy getting to know what my clients are looking for and ferreting out the experiences that will most delight them.
I still love discovering new destinations myself. Planning trips for others also lets me travel vicariously through them. Can I help you plan your next trip?

Paris Senior spring break
Carolyn was ahead of the game and on the ball in every way. She was thoughtful and thought of things before we asked. She followed through and then followed through again.

Mother-Daughter European trip of a lifetime!
Carolyn did an amazing trip for me, my daughter and her two friends and their moms. The hotel choices were great, perfect location and amenities and the details were 100% accurate. Her suggestions were fabulous, from sight seeing, to restaurants and transportation. And very well priced - amazing service from Carolyn - who is an experienced world traveler herself! Loved Paris and Amsterdam.

Hands Down the Best!!!
It's impossible to put into words how incredible Carolyn was in helping us plan our honeymoon. I cannot imagine anyone being any better at their job . She was always extremely responsive (nights, weekends, vacation, etc.) and went way above and beyond the call of duty. To say she helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon to Sugar Beach, St. Lucia doesn't do her justice. She is an absolute rock star, and I'm recommending her to everyone I know.
