Wine, Food & Culture Travel: Curating the right mix of wine, food and culture experiences makes for a fun and amazing adventure. After retiring from the high-tech wireless industry, I spent time in beautiful Slovenia, Hungary and Croatia. In 2009, I attended wine school at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, studied with a Master of Wine, and started a wine import business for wines from the original wine making countries. These experiences give me insight into arranging wine tastings, food pairings and unique culinary experiences for my clients. You can enjoy eating at a Michelin star restaurant to having traditional cuisine with a local family to knowing where the best local pub is for a drink.
Customized Adventures: For each trip we’ll have a consultation to discuss your vision of your upcoming travel. I’ll coordinate all the details whether it's a fully guided trip or for a seamless independent travel experience.
Specialize in Slovenia and Croatia: While I can book travel anywhere in the world for you, I have been traveling to Slovenia and Croatia since 2005; and have developed many long-term friendships and business relationships. Your itinerary will introduce you to the local view of these countries. You will have the personal experience of each country's highlights, natural wonders, and welcoming charms.
