Another way I often find savings is by selecting the right airlines and routings. Especially on international trips, prices can vary greatly. At the same time, recognizing that most business travelers will need to step off the plane and into a meeting, I am mindful of comfort in terms of seating and food, staying on top of changes in quality or frequency of delays.
I am also experienced in pulling together complicated itineraries, knowing when to fly, take a train or fly, and finding the most efficient routings. And when I don’t know the answer, I can turn to Protravel’s internal network to find someone who does.
Protravel also makes it easy for me to track my travelers. If you are delayed and miss a connection, you will not need to wait in line at the airport only to find that you cannot get on the next flight. Often I will have you rebooked before you are even off the plane.
When it comes to hotels, I look for properties in the area you need to be at the cost and comfort level you desire. I’ll also be sure that your frequent flyer numbers and hotel loyalty points are entered and will look to arrange value-added amenities and when available, free room upgrades, to enhance your stay.
Once you’ve traveled with me, I will know automatically make sure that your hotel has the workout equipment you want and that even your quirkiest requests are met.
