A neighbor who worked for SwissAir got me into the travel industry in the 1980s, before there were computers! I went to Sabre school in Dallas and moved from wholesale into retail and joined another agency in Massapequa, then moved to Austin Travel which was bought by Protravel. I was happy to join a Virtuoso agency, which is both a status symbol and allows me to offer the best of the best products and amenities. I work closely with my clients to understand what they want and need.
