White glove service means that a corporate client might email me on the way to the airport to say that he or she will be there in time to catch an earlier flight and can I make the change. Or they may need to fly to Tokyo and then Beijing and leave the next day and send me an email asking me to arrange their flights asap. Time is money for these people and they need answers quickly. For me, that means being around and accessible whenever I am needed.
Wherever they go, my regular clients trust me to know their preferences and make sure that their trips come off without a hitch. Plus, even though most are traveling first or business class and staying at top hotels, they appreciate special complimentary amenities, upgrades, and VIP treatment I can arrange for them at many of the best hotels and the discounted front-of-plane discounts they get, thanks to my affiliation with Protravel International.
Corporate travel can also involve planning high-level meetings or trips. One of my clients used to have me travel with his VIP group to troubleshoot issues that might arise on an annual trip around the world. Like a royal family, we’d always travel with two planes, in case one of them had a problem.
At the end of the day, when it comes to corporate travel, it is the service, the attention to detail and the speed with which we turn things around that makes our clients so loyal.
