Corporate travel was where I got my start in the travel industry and I stay abreast of all the latest trends and systems. Many of my clients have been with me for decades because they know that I will be there for them wherever they are and whenever they need me. Having managed high-profile agencies and worked as an onsite for a large corporation managing corporate spend and a full corporate team of agents, I am experienced in every aspect of corporate travel from meeting and incentive planning to providing white-glove service C-level executives.
To me, corporate travel is about relationships at every level. If you are my client, I will know your preferences, whether you are allergic to feather pillows, prefer sparkling or flat water, or like a special type of candle in your room. I’ll know whether you prefer an aisle or window seat and any kind of special meal requirements you have.
Everyone wants to fly first class, but not everyone can or wants to pay for it; I often can find ways to bump a business class ticket to first class, either through your frequent flyer program or through a space-available upgrade. I also understand the loyalty programs and can sometimes bump your status before you earn it.
I also know the ins and outs of meeting and incentive planning and the importance of ensuring expectations are met. Usually, I not only set up the room blocks and negotiate rates but plan on-site and off-site meals and group activities. I have added special touches like putting a corporate logo on the side of a castle and bringing guests in by helicopter. I can help to tailor an event to the goals of the group and always make sure that everything I plan is a good fit for the corporate image.
Whether you are planning a meeting in the Swiss Alps, an incentive trip to Costa Rica or your personal business travel, I will act as your personal concierge, monitoring your trip from the time you leave home until your return. Protravel’s systems alert me if a flight is delayed or canceled and provide live access to the airlines if you need to be re-booked. And I will automatically rebook your limo or car service and alert your hotel. Best of all, I will be there for you, wherever and whenever you need me.
