Expertise also means getting the best for you. A cruise line recently tried to route my clients from Florida via JFK and Frankfurt to Rome. Yikes! My clout got them on a Miami-Rome non-stop flight- Yes!  As your travel agent, I am always there for you.  If you encounter canceled flights or bad weather, I should be your first call to help solve the problem.

Beginning with your first trip, I will look after your air, hotel, and car loyalty numbers. We’ll talk about what seats, hotels, cruises, etc. you prefer, and I’ll make recommendations you might not have thought of. I have many loyal clients that I have worked with for more than 30 years and as their interests widen, and their families grow, I still continue to guide them.

Travel is in my blood. My Dad was the KLM Station Manager, so our family moved often. It gave us a diverse background. Growing up in Canada, Bermuda, the Netherlands, and finally, New York gave me marvelous opportunities to explore and absorb different cultures.   My life in the travel industry started with summer airline jobs, and over time, I became a reservations supervisor at KLM. In 1985, my husband and I decided to open our own travel agency. As the industry changed, it became more important to be affiliated with a powerful agency, so in 2005, we joined Protravel International, one of the country's leading luxury travel agencies now part of GTC, and Virtuoso.  With these valuable affiliations, I can provide my clients with value-added amenities at top hotels and cruise lines around the world and ensure they are treated as VIPs.

I have worked in the travel industry all my life and traveled through Europe, Africa, South America, Asia, and the Caribbean and I am happy to share my insights with you.
