I cannot recommend Melissa Porzak highly enough for her exceptional work planning our FIFA Women's World Cup trip to New Zealand and Australia. She masterfully orchestrated a complex itinerary that balanced World Cup matches with incredible local experiences across multiple cities. What stood out was Melissa's attention to detail and thoughtful planning. She arranged seamless private transfers at every airport, selecting reputable companies like Silver Sedans and Classic Jaguar Limousines to ensure stress-free transitions between cities. Her hotel selections were spot-on, choosing centrally located properties like the Adina Apartment Hotel in Auckland and the InterContinental in Wellington perfectly accommodating our group of 7. From the planning to the execution every aspect of the trip was beautifully handled. The hotel recommendations before and after the cruise were excellent and ideally located. The cruise line was wonderful, very comfortable and became a new favorite for future trips. Everything was handled with utmost professionalism and in a timely fashion. I would gladly recommend Melissa and Protravel for luxury travel as she has personally experienced the majority of her recommendations. She is the "pro" in Protravel!

Melissa did a fantastic job of arranging accommodations, tour guides, local restaurants, wine tours and other trip aspects for us and another couple whom we were treating to this experience. We stayed at a wonderful chateau in wine country where we received a private guided tour of the vineyard and winery. Believe it or not, the following week, King Charles himself visited the same chateau and took the same tour as we did on his first foreign trip after his coronation! We saw this on the internet. The entire trip was seamless and flawless due to Melissa’s research, preparation and highly qualified local guides and contacts. Her Virtuoso relationship was a significant factor in enhancing our accommodations and experiences. We have travelled extensively and used other agents, but none as qualified, friendly and well-connected as Melissa.

Melissa has arranged several trips for us in the last few years. From Iceland to Spain and France to the British Isles to the Danube river, she has the connections and personal experience to ensure a truly great travel experience. She knows her stuff: hotels, the best areas to stay, must see sites, the premier cruise lines, ground transportation, etc. She is also just a delight to work with and very responsive.
