Haruo Yamaguchi

I was born and raised in Japan, and while it has been decades since I left my first homeland, Japan--and all of Asia--will always hold a special place in my heart. From this place springs forth my passion for helping others discover all that Asia has to offer.  

Being a native, I inherently know and recognize the tiny nuances and details that foreigners don’t. From my vantage point, I’m uniquely positioned to help you discover the culture, history, and people of this in a truly authentic and fulfilling manner.  

Whether it’s soaking up the flavors of regional cuisine or the sights and wonders of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, I know Asia like it is my backyard, and I can show it to you just as easily.
