LGBTQ people are no longer going to only LGBTQ-friendly destinations. We are going everywhere. Of course, there are still destinations that are not Gay-friendly or even safe for Gay people, but increasingly, the world is becoming far more welcoming.

For Gay travelers, working with a travel agent who understands what behavior is acceptable in different destinations, which destinations to avoid altogether and how to ensure that hotels are welcoming and accepting of Gay couples is very important. It is a specialty I have honed, both through my own travels with my husband, and through my contacts with suppliers and through my affiliation with Tzell Travel.

LGBTQ couples are celebrating in a way they haven’t been able to in the past, and now, hotels and destinations are welcoming LGBTQ travelers in a more accepting manner and are eager to help them celebrate their special occasions. I’ve been guiding couples in planning these meaningful trips, and can help couples pick out the destination and hotel that best fit their style.
