What is the thing that I love the most about my job? For my corporate travelers, it is the knowledge that I am a part of their livelihood and that I play an important part in the success of their business. I want to see them thrive, and I am very passionate about that. I put my whole heart into it.
I generally take on companies as clients of all different sizes. I have over a decade of expertise in navigating the intricate landscape of the ever changing fast paced world of business travel. I am known for my meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach . I have and continue to successfully optimize travel programs for numerous corporate clients ensuring cost efficiency and seamless itineraries. We assist the client in creating online booking tools , various travel platforms specific to their company needs. Travel policies, 24/7 after hours assistance and having a dedicated team, just to name a few.
My services are especially valuable to people who are overseas when a crisis hits. For example, in 2014 there was an Ebola outbreak in West Africa, and nobody was allowed to fly in or out of the countries that were affected by it. I had a group of clients stranded there, and I was able to help get them out and get them admitted back into New York City and Washington DC. That took a lot of work on my part, and I know it meant a lot to them.
I also worked during 9/11. I had clients stranded all over the country, and most of them just wanted to get back home as soon as they could and see their families again. I understood how important this was to them, so I picked up the phone and didn’t put it down until I was able to make arrangements for everybody and get them re-connected to their loved ones. That was very an important accomplishment for me, professionally and personally.
