Most of the travel that I book at Tzell is for my corporate clients, and they work in many different fields. Some of them work in finance, some of them are in public relations, and others are in real estate. I also work with nonprofit companies, including one that I've been proud to call my client for over 20 years.
I am the “go-to” for my clients when it comes to travel. I get a real sense of pride when I create a seamless experience, and that is what I strive for with each and every booking. I’m always aware of the fact that these executives are on a mission They are always traveling for a reason, and my job is to smooth the way for them and remove any obstacles so that they can succeed.
One itinerary that I’m especially proud of was for a footwear company that was doing a photo shoot in Africa. I worked on it from A to Z with their photographers, and it was very successful for them. I arranged for multiple safaris in Tanzania and Zimbabwe. Even though I had booked safaris for families before, this one was especially rewarding because it was quite complicated and involved many people and equipment. Plus, it was for a client I had worked with for many years. Best of all, the photo campaign they did on that trip was very successful. I was very happy to play a role in that, even if I couldn’t be there to see the elephants and giraffes myself.

Solid dependable travel support and assistance
Oshra helps we manage the most difficult of travel itineraries and finds me the routes and prices according to my specifications. Not only that, but Oshra goes above and beyond to help her clients in my view. In one instance I had a travel documentation issue while travelling from Taipei to Vietnam which caused missed flights. Oshra was on the phone with me assisting with alternative travel arrangements so that my trip was not further complicated. When I am booking long hauls, I always work with Oshra as I know if there are any challenges that arise, I will have a seasoned professional on the other end of the line to help me. In addition, if Oshra is not going to be available, she will make sure that she communicates who will be assisting in here absence.

Best Part of my job is Oshra!
I have been working with Oshra for almost 5 years now. From having worked with Travel Concierges in the past, Oshra is by far the best and my favorite. She is extremely responsive, thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and always looking for the best and easiest outcome for the traveler ( in terms of time and financially). Travel partner that you can trust!
I have been working with Oshra Gil for both business and personal travel for over 15 years. She takes care of all aspects of my trips and has tended to every detail. Anytime that there is an issue with a delays or cancellations, she is on top of rebooking and trying to figure out a solution to get me where I need to be on time and on budget. I would never use anyone else for my travel needs.
